WTB Yamaha PM2000 miscellaneous parts

Hey folks,

I'm trying to complete a PM2000 with a few missing parts. Otherwise in great shape but missing:

1 Fader
6 black fader knobs
1 Red fader knob
3 input switch buttons (the luminescent channel arm/mute buttons)
1 input switch assembly (full assembly with switch/bracket/pcb)
3 small white foldback knobs
1 Bigger white foldback master knob
2 grey matrix program send knobs
1 small blue echo knob
10 green eq knobs
9 buss assign switch buttons (just the clear button tops, not the fisheyes)
1 Cue button (just the clear button top)
1 80100 opamp

Anyway, if there's any rackers out there that might have some extra parts or somebody with a couple non working channels that you don't want, please let me know.
