Hi,
I'm building this PSU to use with two channels of A_P*I 3_1_2:

I took ideas from various projects around (G9, etc) and would like to know if it's ok or needs adjustments. I simply used 7818 and 7918 for opamp supply and derived one of the secondaries to build the phantom part, using a voltage doubler.

I also need a +24 supply for some relays, is it good to put a LM7824 in parallel after the diode bridge? I've read in some other thread that it's not a good thing to power relays from the same supply...

Many thanks for any help,
Frank

I would probably use LM317/337 for the op. amp. supply - they are a bit better. In any case remember to add protection diodes.

Powering the relays from the same supply is no problem.

Best regards,

Many thanks Mikkel,

is it ok to take the relay supply after the diode bridge? I've read that adding a second bridge could cause problems...

Frank

Maybe I can put a regulator before the relays, but before I'll try without it, many thanks!
