A bit hard to tell what is on the round PCB.
I see the standard DC/DC converter for + and - 60 V. ( ? )
As far as I can see the headbasket is not very open, the layers of mesh look pretty dense.
And I don't think it is a very good idea to have the thread for the microphone stand in the bottom of the microphone.
(Also the microphone looks pretty ugly to me, but that is probably personal...)

They made a couple of controversial choices, such as direct-mount without suspension and built-in pop filter, which for bedroom podcasting make sense. Surely, a lot of industrial design has gone in it, as well as in their other products. Nothing revolutionary but there is probably a market for it; I would think the "made in UK" factor is a bonus for them in Brexit times.
