It's actually not screened. It's a product called Traffolyte (google images search will show you what I mean) that Trophy shops sell and engrave. I get the trophy store to engrave the design with cross-hairs included and then I stick it to my metal panel and drill right through the whole lot. Comes out looking a bit like how UA do their stuff with black panels on top of raw aluminium.
