500 Series passive eq - overchoice

Hi everyone!

I'm looking for a passive eq module for my 500 series rack, but don't really know which one to go for. I would like to build it myself, and so far have found a kit by Sound Skulptor (EQP501) and one by Analog Allstars (EQP-1S5).

Does any one of you have experience with one of those (or both)?
which one would you recommend?
or is there another option I haven't considered yet?

Try gearslutz, they have a section in there forum where they ask these kinds of questions. You will get far more response at that place!

HIGHLY recommend the DIYRE EQP5 kit as well. Probably won't find a passive pultec style eq for cheaper and the kit is super easy to build. The PCB layout is ultra clean and easy to follow. Get the vintage output too!

Also JLM makes a kit too.
