ok, this has little to do with the mic problom I'm having but thanks
On the contrarythis would only make the voice sound more 'inside the video', it wont take away the microphone issue like the harshness, the muddiness, etc. THese are problems of the microphone itself
Experts are showing extreme good heartedness and helpfulness.Guys, what the hell are we doing here?
Experts are showing extreme good heartedness and helpfulness.
Against all the odds....
They also, apparently, have oceans of patience. Or Himalayas. (Pick one)
...you're just an artist/philosopher wandering around here among other philosophers/artists...Me, not an expert in mics, I'm just being sarcastic.
"Plautus: But to me on the rode nt1 recordings it sounds boomy, closed, lack of detail, and harsh."i own a rode nt1. Im unhappy, it sounds muddy
TLM103 !If u recommend me the tlm103, it is overly bright, is what i ahve to say
On the same note: A 1000$ mic doesnt sound the same as a 5$ mic under the same bad untreated room conditions.
U guys need to watch some 'before and after room treatment' videos!
You know nothing (it's painfully obvious) yet you ignore what knowleable gremium tells you. Every bloody advice.
Why you ask then?
1. Not "echo" but reverberations or reflections. These are precisely defined terms. You cannot have echo in a small room.untreated vs treated room
untreated - sound with echo
treated - same sound but without the echo...
You, man, need to learn a lot!U guys need to watch some 'before and after room treatment' videos!
You think he's shooting questions but sees no answers?Well, we don't know how many of us he has or hasn't added to his ignore list...
I had them all here and I compared a tlm103, tlm193 with my rode nt1. The tlm103 sound a lot different than the other 2 mics. UNpleasently bright just like I know the sound from other videos. So there u go!The higher-quality the mic, the more accurately it adheres to "garbage in, garbage out".
Or fine, if you're the expert at THAT, rent a U87 (~2k retail price), and see how it sounds in your room.
And you've got a hell of a lot of reading, learning and growing up to do...
Well, we don't know how many of us he has or hasn't added to his ignore list...
The key word in your statements is "HERE", i.e. in the room not properly treated.I had them all here and I compared a tlm103, tlm193 with my rode nt1. The tlm103 sound a lot different than the other 2 mics. UNpleasently bright just like I know the sound from other videos. So there u go!
Are you a recent grad of YouTube university ?untreated vs treated room
untreated - sound with echo
treated - same sound but without the echo...
On the same note: A 1000$ mic doesnt sound the same as a 5$ mic under the same bad untreated room conditions. The difference in sound is humongous
U guys need to watch some 'before and after room treatment' videos!
It's full of know-it-alls, graduates of YouTube Universities, Tik-Tok Academy, etc. The problems arise when they have to apply deep, solid knowledge in real life. Are you a recent grad of YouTube university ?
I really wanted to ask a group admin to check some things about a certain account. Too many aberrations are generated.I could be totally off base but does It seems like an AI prompt " troll this thread with rude childish random comments "
He wants simple answers. You think he's shooting questions but sees no answers?![]()
there’s no need…if the akg perceptuion can sound just as good modded, there's no need
thats a .... shotgun mic *sigh*He wants simple answers.
The best microphone is the Line Audio CM4. It has a very flat frequency response. Buy that and all your problems will be solved.
