Also, I don't get what Uli is trying to do with the aggressive pricing in EU - is he trying to corner the entire clone market?
No, nothing like even that - only "exemption" is for units ALREADY SOLD by 31 Dec 2013
And now it looks like non-compliant spare parts for already sold units might be banned from 22 July 2019 :
