Anyone here use Protocase Designer?

This freeware software (which includes cost estimates for the vendor Protocase, who makes custom 19" rackmountable enclosures) seems pretty good.

However, whenever I save and close, it is unable to re-open my saved files. I've designed the same project twice today, and now can't open it. Anyone else ever run into this?

Figured it out-- someone from the company informed me that because some of my text had non alphanumeric characters in it like ≈ and ˚, it corrupted the file somehow. Those characters will be supported in the next version of the software.
