Anyone know where I can find this switch in US

      I seam to remember a forum member posting pics of a project that had these switches, but for the life of me, cant find it.

You can get those at Mouser, Digikey and Allied. The manufacturer is Bulgin. There are other manufacturers of that type of switch. They are called "anti-vandal" or something like that.  Bulgin has a larger diameter one that comes in a bunch of colors and a smaller 16mm one that comes in less colors.

Edit: I see in the ebay listing it says it's latching. I don't think Bulgin makes a latching version.

      Thanks,  I went to Digikey with that manufacturer, checked the data sheet and found the latching ones, they dont carry them but Newark and Allied do and Allied is $2.00 cheaper.
