There would appear to be at least one registered trade mark: U.S. Registration No. 4780932.

Description:  The mark consists of the stylized letters "api" superimposed on a pair of engineering symbols which approximate the symbol for an operational amplifier (op-amp).

A registered trade mark uses an "R" in a circle symbol. A "TM" trade mark is a common law trade mark.
