when i powered up my PSU2 c19 and 20 fried.  found that electrolytic c14 was backwards. i"ll replace C19 and 20. does backwards c14 sound like the probable cause?  are there other components that would (could have) likly have suffered damages? thanks

yes, c14 made a shortcircuit and c20 and c19 fried for this reason, the only component stressed was b2, for the other components there are no problems! However, B2 was stressed not broken.
