As you have already noticed all threads related to my production are placed here:

U47 STYLE BODY KIT:

1. Bead blasted or polished nickel headbasket;
2. Bead blasted or polished nickel connector;
3. Dark cherry, natural lacquered wood or mahogany color wooden box;
4. Brown or dark violet velvet for box
5. Gold or silver imitation logo plate on box (with your custom text and logo or default text)

1. Hand made nickel plated headbasket is made from brass and three layers of brass mesh, however it does not have polarity switch on it.

2. The body and end bell are made from glass blasted aluminium, plated with satin nickel.

3. Inside - 2 rail system for PCB mount. All inner parts are bead blasted stainless steel.

4. Capsule platform is transparent acrylic (heights available - 1 or 3 mm ).

5. Kit includes high quality 9 gold pin connector (please see 3D pictures), hand made wooden box lined with velvet, all mechanical parts, screws.

6. U47 type shockmount added (+40 eur).


All high quality components are made in EU.
All parts are made with high precision using CNC lathe, laser cutting and CNC sheet bending machinery.

2. Spacers
3. Tefflon pad for component deck
4. Plastic enclosure for capsule holder
5. 7 pin (plated with gold) connector
6. Brass body parts with the 3 layer mesh (the same as in original)
7. Red jewel
8. Wooden box from ash
9. Screws

Kit does not include pcbs, capsule holder, capsule and other electronic components.

Together with the M49 body I've designed a M49 yoke mount:

The body parts are made from nickel plated brass and are the highest quality. All measures are taken from orginal M49 with tolerances off  0,1 mm. Everything is made in EU.

Available custom choices:

1. Polished or satin nickel headbasket;
2. Polished or beadblasted connector
3. Color for wood box - dark cherry, natural lacquered wood, wallnut or black
4. Logo plate - silver or gold, custom logo/text or default
5. Not sure about this at the moment, but hope you will have a choice for jewel color - red or grey

Final price is 419 eur (with paypal charges).
Shipping varies from 10 to 20 eur - depends on your location.

ELA M251 CAPSULE MOUNT FOR ALCTRON BODIES

Here is a little nice update for diy ELA M251 mics. This capsule holder system is fully hand made and designed to fit Alctron HT-11A bodies, but is also adaptable to any mic body.

Mounting slots for screws makes it universal for mounting almost any 34 mm diameter capsule. Holes for capsule wire are 1 mm in diameter.

Capsules used for presentation are CT12 (by Tim Campbell) and RK-12.

Price for one holder is 50 eur (including paypal fees).

Shipping:

EU and Scandinavian countries - 5 eur/each
Other - 8 eur/each

Materials:
-Stainless steel screws;
-Transparent acrylic platform (5,5 mm thickness)
-Metal parts from mild steel plated with nickel (30 micron thickness);
-Red felt from 100% natural wool used for piano making;
-Microporous rubber for shock absorption.

Certain metal parts are strongly welded together, but for an extra safety I've put an M3 screw through all. However if you wish M3 screw can be removed to maintain original look.

NOTE: IF YOU FIND THAT HOLES FOR CAPSULE WIRES DO NOT MATCH BETWEEN ACRYLIC AND METAL DISCS, PLEASE TURN THE DISC INTO OPPOSITE DIRECTION. EVERY METAL DISC AND ACRYLIC PART IS MATCHED. IF YOU HAVE ORDERED MORE THAN ONE  AND MIXED PARTS FROM DIFFERENT HOLDERS, YOU MAY HAVE TO SPEND SOME TIME FINDING THE RIGHT PARTS.
