Hi Lukas, I don´t know, whether I got you right. As far as I can say, there is not much difference in people being "socialised" by communism or capitalism. Both have good and bad examples of people doing business.
But Andreius certainly belongs to the latter.
For people not reading german language here´s the translation from my blog:

Planing on a project M49, one should get a chinese case from chunger - studio 939 - or one of the more expensive ones by FLEA or AMI.
I definitely NOT recommend Andrejus Aputis, because he can by no means be called a solid business man.
I was waiting for a mic case being built by Aputis since 2015. High quality, highly praised by many people, who were lucky enough to get one. Best replica money can buy.... If you get one.
I never got one nor a refund for the Euro 890,- I paid in December 2015 - via bank transfer, so I never had the chance to withdraw. How do you call a person like him in the "real world" ?
I don´t understand behaviour of people like him. May Karma judge.

You are all right...but you will never understand how many problems I had in production. This is sad to read that I am thief. I am not. I gave my word and and I am not going to steel anybodie's money. I am currently working on machinig parts for the past orders. Please send me an e-mail to - [email protected] including your order and specifiacations. We can no longer offer a PCB version of U47. You will all get an exact U47 replica (3 rail PTP version with pattern switch on the headbasket and black leather box). Refunds will be issued a little bit later as this is financially tought thing for me.

No, you haven’t bought them. You do not know the situation at all. Do you really think that a few mics can buy a 200k machines? I’ve managed to find an investor who bought them. And i am using these machines to finalize my commitments.

In order to correct the injustice you have done to the members of the forum from whom you took money for many years and did not deliver prepaid goods, you should now first apologize deeply. At the same time you should immediately deliver to everyone everything that was paid for, and you should give everyone an extra microphone body for free as compensation for so much delivery delay. You should also offer here for sale microphone bodies at a reduced price, and the money would be automatically paid directly to those members who are no longer interested in the goods, but only want their money back.

As is obvious, I don’t believe you, and I hope I’m wrong, but the impression you left with these few comeback posts doesn’t give too much hope.

Easy for you to talk when you dont know how how much it costs to make one mic. Give one extra? Sell at a reduced price? And go to to same situation as before? I am already replacing with better bodies which is fair enough.It took me 5 years to get back on feet so after all orders are complete there will not be low prices. This was one of reasons why it all went badly.

Let me explain, because I see you get it wrong - A lockal businessman who is also my friend, had been running an advertising business for many years. He decided to sell it and was looking were to put his money. He knew I was experienced in metal working so he offered me to start metal processing company. He bought one milling machine and half of lathe machine (the rest half is monthly paid by us from what we earn), he gave us his premises (around 80 square meters) and we started working.

In short - he invested not into microphone manufacturing (he knows nothing about it), he invested into metal processing business. Yes we do manufacture mic parts also, but this is about 20% of what we do. Past orders are still on me - I am using my earnings to pay the plating, raw material bills and etc. except that machinig is free because I do that by myself.

Now after a year we are on a half way of our commitments for our investor and we are growing - we bought few plastic injection machines, presses and etc. and we as a metal processing service provider are doing well and this finally lets me finish my comitments to you.

When covid finally ends feel free to visit us, I'll show you around, you'll see how the mics and other part are machined, how headbaskets are welded and assembled. Maybe you would then change your attidute just a little bit.


I am 35 by the way and my health is good.
