id like to add an "Audio Symmetry" stage to my DIY dream channel strip eventually, and im looking for the possible solutions.

this is an 8 pole allpass filter, based on the A-110 schemo:

and this is how it works on a random vocal recording: (upper track is the reference, defintiely not the most asymmetric example ive ever had..)

ive also built the 'audio symmetry' stage of the Symetrix 528e (at least i hope thats what ive built..)  :

and one stage of EMT 266's (2pole) allpass filters:

im not totally happy with these so far, so can you please help me finding the most effective/flexible solution? vocals (dialog), bass, brass, etc -these would benefit of this "fix", i guess?
