converting KPS1 (SSLTech's) PSU for +24, +48, w/no neg. rail

Cool that power supply looks really good.
but I live in Europe so I would need 220-230v,and that one, it seems only works with 120v

I was thinking about using the JML PSU for my 2 x 1290 if I couldn't use the Gustav ssk9k psu slightly modified.
it would be a much affordable solution, than having to ship and buy from Australia.
Unfortunately I don't know enough about electronics to help further here.






 
I used a 9k power supply for my Fetboys +24v and +48v. I'm just getting around to finally sorting out what's wrong with the Fetboys and just realized I have 78v for phantom power. I should be able to fix this by simply exchanging the 8.2K resistor for the 317 with a 4.3k correct?
BTW I've used a 25-0-25 transformer and leaving out the Neg parts as mentioned by MartyMart.

I should probably put a heat sink on the 7824 too right?
