I think most CNC shops could do an aluminum front panel similar to that, but you will need to provide all the drawings. It will be expensive for one, but cost will come down a bit for quantity.

Now the metal finishing is another story ... it is sometimes hard to explain to finishers that you aren't making car bumpers and you really do want it to look perfect. I had one guy tell me that musicians will just scratch up my mics anyways... :roll:
 
That is going to be an expensive piece of CNC machine work! That's 3-axis man. Did you know that several hundred dollars of the Focusrite RED series price is the front panel ALONE? I hope your client is paying REALLY well.
