In most cases I was pulling less than 4db.

Mark your SSL sounds killer man. Whats the "crush" one? is that crush'n'blend or a special crush  like on the A.Smart one?

I coaxed the PYE into working for a bit to run some audio samples through it, mainly for my own reference but thought I'd share...hopefully not prematurely.
This is becoming quite a nice little collection!

The crush clip was fast attack/release; 4:1 ratio A-1,R-0.1 pulling around 4-6db.

No blend circuit was abused in the making of this clip.

i love this place.  Those comps all sound amazing!

The TG on the Acoustic was really nice!  Now I have to add more comps to my projects.  I have 3 on the bench currently that need work!


I would love to hear the SA 3A!  Come on Ruckus or anyone with one finished.

Quick demo done with an SM58 into an EZ1290 then Dual la2a. A little bit of reverb and eq added.
