There are two red leads(i guess 220V) and four white leads.Which leads +/-15V?

This should be very simple!
Measure continuity (the beeping position) with your DMM. There should be two pairs that have continuity. Now connect those two pairs with one connection (one wire from the first pair and one wire from the second pair). If you run your voltage through transformer (primary is on red wires), you'll measure over 30VAC on the outer wires on the secondary. Those wires you've connected are your ground now and referenced to that you'll have plus and minus 15VAC (actually more than 15 since it's unloaded and not yet rectified). Voila!
