Striking how many wanted to wait for 'facts' after Las Vegas, with calls to not politicise the tragedy... Several weeks later, still no-one has any idea of why it all happened, and no solutions either. According to Trump himself, “new laws won’t stop a mad man committed to harming innocent people.”

But 5-minutes after the NYC attack, we apparently already have all the facts: he's a Muslim shouting God is Great, and he's beyond any doubt a radical Islamic terrorist. He wasn't crazy, nor a lone wolf. The entire religion of Islam is responsible for his actions. Further, a 15' wall with Mexico and the fully enforced travel ban on Chad would have stopped this Uzbeki Florida resident from committing this heinous crime. Not to mention the obvious, if only ONE person on this bike path yesterday was armed with a semi-automatic weapon...

Contrasting this with Charlotteville paints a pretty grim picture. White privilege is alive and well in this nation.

I doubt that locking this thread will stop the twitter spam, and opinionated attacks,,, they will just  pop up elsewhere in other threads.

Trust me when I say it is possible to ignore them, and I repeat please notify moderators if rules are broken by reporting specific posts..

One of the most fruitless pursuits is trying to change the behavior of others on the internet. About as pointless are arguing with people about what they hear.

Not sure what the spirit of the brewery is besides almost anything goes.  ;D

Many forums don't allow political discussions because so many forum members are not adult enough to carry on thoughtful exchanges of ideas while remaining civil to each other ...and instead prefer to just exchange ad hominem (you guys know who you are).

Charlotteville; shots fired by a white supremacists and/or nazi into a crowd of counter protesters, one white supremacists and/or nazi driving his car into the crowd killing a protester = no condemnation for days, then condemning violence on both sides (twice) and questioning taking down monuments of pro-slavery anti-American militants.... no call for a death penalty, no call for a change in legislation

Las Vegas; shots fired by individual causing the biggest mass-murder in the US = saying it's no time for policy change, just think of the victims, stay away from the gun  control issue....

New York this week; brown muslim drives car into crowd (like in charlotteville) for ideological reasons (like in charlotteville) = immediate condemnation of the person, his religion, immediate call for changing legislation, immediate political blaming of a political opponent, call for sending the person to Gitmo, call for the death penalty.

Central Park 5; five black kids convicted of a rape they were later exonerated from via DNA tests = Trump took out a whole page ad in a New York news paper advocating the death penalty for them, then as presidential candidate questions if they're innocent after exoneration.

Can anyone please explain how at this point this isn't a racist president? I'm honestly at a loss now.

A little over a year ago, the deep state graced the world with PropOrNot. Thanks to them, 2017 became the year of fake news. Every news website and opinion column now had the potential to be linked to the Steele dossier and Trump collusion with Russia. Every journalist was either “with us or against us.” Anyone who challenged the Russiagate narrative became Russia’s trolls.

The damage PropOrNot did to scores of news and opinions websites in late 2016-2017 provides the basis of a massive civil suit. I mean huge, as in the potential is there for a tobacco company-sized class-action sized lawsuit. I can say that because I know a lot about a number of entities that are involved and the enormous amount of money behind them.

How serious is this? In 2016, a $10,000 reward was put out for the identities of PropOrNot players. No one has claimed it yet, and now, I guess no one will. There are times in your life that taking a stand has a cost. To make sure the story gets out and is taken seriously, this is one of those times.

In this article, you’ll meet some of the people staffing PropOrNot. You’ll meet the people and publications that provide their expenses and cover the logistics. You’ll meet a few of the deep state players. We’ll deal with them very soon. They need to see this as the warning shot over the bow and start playing nice with regular people. After that, you’ll meet the NGOs that are funding and orchestrating all of it. How am I doing so far?
