Echo Mona DB9 cable

I know this is a long shot but I'm in need of the DB9 cable for a Mona 24/96  or  Layla 24 bit.  Echo claims in their manual that the cable is custom made for these units. I'm guessing they have heavier wire for more current.

Any ideas on this would be great.
