That body would look much better if the headbasket would have the same diameter IMO
Those look really good. Where did you find them? There are more interesting clones of Elam251 in China
manufacturer u87 1:1, he also makes the Neumann m149, I bought a capsule and transformer from their clone 251, the transformer is apparently a clone of Moby t14/1Those look really good. Where did you find them?
I guess you didn't see our other threads. We discussed this months ago and and the manufacturer himself was even here contributing. All the reviews so far have mentioned that it sounded pretty poor.

I just mean that we already knew of this mic.I decided to find out from my own experience
Yes it is the Golden Age model, try changing tube, we had to drill those self-locking screws out hahahttps://groupdiy.com/threads/new-ck12-capsule.84567/
There were even a few more threads about this capsule. Why would anyone buy a chinese copy of Moby's T14/1 which is a copy of an AKG T14/1? It isn't as if Moby's transformer is particularily expensive.
I believe this mic is the new Golden Age 251 and the chinese one sell for something close to 5000 USD
For almost 4000euros, they probably should. Those look really good. Where did you find them?
I totally agree.https://groupdiy.com/threads/new-ck12-capsule.84567/

He probably copied just the look of it. Sound of this transformer depends from the core alloy and the final heat treatment.https://groupdiy.com/threads/new-ck12-capsule.84567/
