Feeding 3 circuits from one source

I'm designing a little box with 2 headphone amps and 1 passive volume control for my monitors.

The 2 headphone amps has an impedance of 1Mohm/amp. The passive volume control has a 5k pot.

Will this cause problems in any ways?
