I have a board from Gustav (pcbgrinder) almost populated with high quality component (wima, audiophile cap, 1% resistor, panasonic cap etc...). You need relays, trafo, 1x12 lorlin (4x3 included) and connector.
The red glue it's high temperature (300 °C)
