FS: knobs for LA2A, SSL & Neve

Clearing out so bits i won’t get round to using.

I have:
- 10 x grey Elma knobs. 15mm with blue cap and white pointer line.  Perfect for SSL bus compressor
- 3 x knobs for LA2A
- 6 x red skirted Neve style knobs, without metal insert.
