I would vote for the finished metalwork (they look great!), the UTM input & inductors, and the custom UTM output (as tested by Herbert).
I wouldn't be against the cinemag, Just sounds easier to get them all UTM (assuming the cost is similar). Drilling it hole and perhaps a little filing to fit is no biggie.

I think powder coated and screen printed looks really nice, but I'm fine with whichever for the face plate.
As to OT, whichever is most cost effective is my preference.
