LED VU meters are back in stock for those who were asking about them.

Everything is in stock except for attenuators and enclosures.

Attenuators should be here by the end of next week (remember you can always get these at Classic API as well).

Blue Stripe and Blackface enclosures are still on schedule to be here by March 10th.

Hi Mike, is it possible to prepay, or put a black  enclosure on hold, in hopes of getting one of the incoming units? I built up a shopping cart at hairball audio, but the payment page does not come up, due to the lack of stock on that unit. What is the best way for me to proceed?

Yes I turned off the pre-ordering so there would be some case left when they came in.  I was also trying to limit the orders on backorder in case there was some unforeseen problem.

Just check the store around March 10th.  There will be plenty available and I'm sure they will last a few weeks.

and i think there's a mistake, the bourns 250k pot is a linear,
while it was supposed to be a log one,
Is it normal or is it a mistake in the BOM ?

Hi,

Yes it should be an audio taper not linear. 

It's weird, the same manufacture part number shows as an audio taper at digikey, and in the mouser catalog they show it as audio.  However, on their online shop it's linear.  Looking into this.

Classic "blackface" enclosures/kits should be back up for sale later today.  I have to go through them first to make sure they are correct.

Unfortunately my price was raised by $10 so I had to add $10 to the sale price.

and it seems to be a log one, cool !!
So it might only be an error in the Mouser listings,
If you have time to check it too,
so we would be sure and it could help future builders.

Hi, i have check that on my side too and its an error from the mouser listing. This pot is from the 95 guitar potentiometer series and those are all audio taper. !

That's great news guys.  The pots I have are from Digikey and it's the exact same part number and they are (listed as audio on digi) audio taper.

I have read skylar wiring pdf file, Mnats REV D 2.0 file etc..
but i couldn't find if i need the 2 620R resistor
can someone help me on this ?

Those two resistors are not needed if you use the three deck pot.

Hi!

I´ve bought your stereolink kit and am in the process of implementing it to my build.
just one question to the wiring:
I am using mnats rev j roatry switch board, so pad 15 goes from the ratio board directly to the pcb,
the output pot is connected to the ratio board.
So which cable should be soldered to the link switch?
the one from the output pot or the one to the pcb?  ???
or does it even matter 
just want to be sure before i unsolder everything.....
