How to take Gefell UM 70 S apart?

I have a Gefell UM 70 S on the bench, suffering from capsule collapse.
I would like to see if cleaning the capsule will clear this up, But I do not see how this mic comes apart!
I see 2 black hole plugs on the switch ring, maybe covering a fastener, but not how to remove them.
Can anyone inform me how to disassemble this mic?

Nearly impossible to remove those plugs without visually damaging them. I used a really small screw to pull them out.
