Identify these Siemens modules

Hi folks, after a little help if you can. What model are these modules and are there schematics / connection details available? Been given to me by my customer who has supplied a connection diagram for w295's. Unfortunately on these items and their connection details I'd be connecting dc power positive to signal ground! Hmmn.
2 of each module, 252mm tall by 48mm wide. Identification numbers are on the reverse.

They eqs are w295 (early version - not a or b) according to the attached document.  The other pieces do not match any other number on the list exactly.

positive chassis not impossible, could point towards PNP (=Germanium optimized for noise) technology. Quite common around 1967 or so..
