I've browsed the forum about that subject, apologies if it was already discussed, but I didn't find..
I've been faced several times to this problem, is there a way to identify an SMD transistor with the markings on it ?
Here's some practical homework, 4 transistors, all seem to have this pinout (from left to right) : B - C - E
This NPN is labeled "MIL z" (or "M1L z") :
This PNP is labeled "C2 M" :
This NPN is labeled "CKB" :
This NPN is labeled "1AM 2" (with a horizontal "2") :
Is there any way to identify them, and if yes, what would be the method ?
