Is there a trick to getting 3U to respond to an email ?

I wrote an email to 3U about 4 days using the email address on their website ([email protected]) ago & have yet to have a response. Is this a good address to use ?

Hi Rob, I ordered a pair of SDC capsules from them the other week and used that email address. He responded quite quickly.

I have had e-mail correspondence with them and they replied the next day.

Try emailing again. Usually he responds within a couple days.

There either is or just was a large audio tech exhibition in Fuijan, China so he may either be there or traveling. He also travels a lot between China and Australia so it could just be that he's currently busy. There have been times it's taken a few days for him to respond.
