My wife manages a large studio located on Music Row . They ideally need someone who has a strong technical background but would also want to assist engineers on sessions. Pay for tech work would be billed to the studio while assisting would be billed to the client.
Another scenario would be a tech who needs space and would be willing to trade space for work.
