Hi folks!
I have this transistor (BC847BS) a transistor pair (in same capsule)
if i like to know the Rbe of each transistor what would be the most
convenient measurement menthod?
Asuming a usage for Ic betwen 10uA and 10mA at Vce of 10V.
Should i include Rce and Rcb? Would heating up the other transistor
keep the other at constant temerature during measurement an idea
to do? Should i measure Vbe "drop" as a function of regulating
Ic to calculate Rbe?
And now, i need a beer!
