Need Help! SSL X-Desk

Hey,

I was working on an a SSL X-Desk, it had a bent gain pot which I replaced. But I must have damaged something in the process because now that channel doesn't work and appears to havd DC on the fader. Moving the fader while solo'd causing loud pops.

Anyone have schematics for this or advice on how to troubleshoot. I'm none to comfortable with SMD stuff, but I need to get this working again. :-\
