Delivery took a bit, but my complete order (>50 Knobs) arrived safely.

He only carries the ones without the brass insert though.
The transparent skirt is just attached to the knob and easily removeable.

I filled the outer ring with epoxy and threadend the knobs myself. Two M3 insert screws and you can attach them to 6mm or 1/4 " shafts. There is enough of the inner plastic to drill them as required.
