Noob Question - G9 PSU

How does this power supply work? What confuses me is how they are designated in the parts list. I see 220V:15+15 /30VA and 110+110:15+15V /30VA. I have 120V AC mains so I am guessing that the second designation is the correct one for me, but when I look at distributors such as Amveco I see 2x15 primary and nothing for 30VA. Also, what current rating am I looking for? Because tracking down components for this thing is a trick and involves a lot of overseas ordering, I don't want to get it wrong.
