Okay fellas,
I am building up a few mic preamps based on the THAT Corp application note #109. I plan to build a few as described in the app note but I also want to experiment with substituting PNP pairs and op amps.
What I want to do along the way is to establish a standard way of measuring noise, distortion and anything else appropriate as I excersize these creatures on my bench. I want to use an Echo Darla card that I have and a 'Windoze' PC as my measurement instrument. Any suggestions as to software and test bench procedures??
