Ding! we have a winner, or close enough.

Old-school follow-spot on a gimbal. About 10 foot long, 24" (?) parabolic mirror. Power supply output specs to the carbon rods are 55-65 VDC, at 105-115 amps.

There are four of these still in use at the local arena.

With the access door securely closed, and if you ignore the obnoxious reflection of my camera and fingers, this is the follow spot fired up through the green welding glass window, at near the same angle as the other pics.

Is it time to replace this fader, or does it still have plenty of life left in it?  ;)
