I have a populated 2-ACA-Bo Rev 2.1 with Yamaha NE80100 and EA Transformers.
Was pulled from a working mixer many years ago and put in storage since then. Yamaha NE80100 soldered directly to the board. These normally like -+24v, but I've run them on -+16v before and its been fine.
Has the following gain/summing resistors
R9 - 100k
R12 - 100k
R10 - 20k
R13 - 20k
R1 - 51k
R5 - 51k
R2 - 47k
R7 - 47k
