If you are talking about Jackson, that city's water system has major problems, no doubt from decades of local government mismanagement.

#2: Some time ago I linked here to an article about how the state has hindered progress on upgrading Jackson's water system.

What’s the issue here exactly?
The state which has a majority of one party at the helm is making changes.
Sounds like California except there is role reversal. Oh there is race involved because more are one color than the other? Again sounds like California except there is role reversal.
