hey i have had great success with a new design. (the destroyer d-1c)
and while contemplating one of my design challenges i had this epiphany ...  for a totally NEW design in addition to my "destroyer" ribbon mic.

i had only these 4 small neo's.
i added a washer and some plastic ... a bit of copper for contacts and some screws and voila!!!! here is the pic.
BTW the mic body in the pic is a carbon mic that i stripped after putting the 2 resources together in theory. I plan on installing it in this body.
anyone ever seen one of these carbon mics .... airline? cruise ship?hotel? looks like a paging mic. and a bit over board on the detail for a mic.
anyway here is a pic: "THE DALI LOLI"

i did this just for fun and i have an audio clip i'll U/L soon.
it has great output (because of the MRC ... a nice one at that)
and decent sound.
i have yet to see what is can really do.
it just seemed like a fun idea so i hacked it out... hehe
as always your kind comments help and suggestion sincerely appreciated
later

Toobie, that's tiny! Interesting experiment though, and I like the baroque housing! Let us know when the clips are up!
