Schematic Question for API554

I'm guessing this is a simple thing, but I haven't seen this particular item in a schematic before. Can anyone tell me what this "board" is, and maybe direct me to a photo or one I can buy? Is it a physical thing or is it a description of the behavior of the pot? I'm just confused, as you can tell.

It's just a switch, mounted on a seperate pcb

Seems to me like 2deck rotary switch(you can also see which position corresponds to which frequency).Cheers.

Thanks for the help. This makes sense. Labeling it "board" confused me, but seeing it as a stepped rotary switch looks straightforward.

No it's not switched frequency, it's switched gain.
It is a basic SVF sidechain EQ with stepped gain.

Yes. It shows the decibel gain or loss as switched. I haven't seen the acronym svf before. What does that stand for?
