SEMRAU SIE - What did I buy there?

Hey guys,

long story short - I just picked up two SEMRAU broadcast desks which I got from eBay. When I showed up, the guy told me he had a big box of parts that could also belong to the desks and he would give it to me for free. So, there are a shitload of brandnew PCBs in there and a SEMRAU "lunchbox" with 3 finished modules mounted.

What I know (or think I know):
+ The PCBs are all for modules that fit in that lunchbox.
+ None of them are 100% finished (actually, there are at least 200 PCBs that are untouched and sealed)
+ The two desks are in working condition. Tested MIC ins, headphone outs, 48v, VUs.

I'm familiar with Semrau, but I struggle to find any useful information on these devices online. So - I'm looking for facts. ANY information regarding these mixers/modules would be nice. Looking forward to what some of you guys can tell me.

Never heard of SEMRAU before, but the desks look really good.
Reminds me of Studer 169 desks specially the second desk you showed.

I wish you can get some docs and info on those.

Where they expensive?

So you have already made PCB's for kit to sell
Now  you need invent some kit

Do you have any idea of what are the circuits of those 200 pcs?

Any mic amps , line amps or eqs?

Could be that those pcb are not for amps
