SSL 292 EQ Mod?

Hi

I´m currently re-capping and restoring an SSL4048G+ console which unfortunately has every channel loaded with the 292 eq´s. I know there is a mod out there to get rid of the 'Q changing proportional to gain settings' so it behaves more like the earlier EQ revisions which have the Q independent of the gain settings.

Does anybody know of this Mod?

Thanks for the reply! Unfortunately that thread is about changing actual EQ boards from 292 to 242. What i am looking for is info on how to actually mod the 292 board.
