The datasheet tells me that primary is 115 or 230 although the description on the above link only lists 115V.

link violet and grey (insulated) for 230v and use brown and blue as your live and neutral

link brown and grey (live), link blue and violet (neutral) for 115v.

Descriptions on these electronics supply sites can be shaky. Tech docs or datasheets are a must read, in any situation.

instead of wiring to a switch, you can wire the primaries to a screw terminal block, test it out then rewire it for 115/120V and send it.

I think that is a better idea, saves it from being switched to the wrong voltage by mistake.
