Substitute to MCI 4-02-3028

Hey everyone,

I'm looking for a substitute for this transformer, the MCI 4-02-3028 (I attached a PDF of the datasheet). I think I found something, but I want to be sure. Can anyone double-check if this qualifies (spec & size wise), before I pull the trigger?
