Looks to me like you can at least get the DIP packages now. Might worth a phone call or an email to find out for sure.

Looks like a nice chip. One caution: It won't drive >300pF, or <2k. So if it were used in a stand-alone preamp, it'd need some sort of buffer to drive cables longer than a couple of feet, or the odd 600R input.
