Hello,  I will be building a rude tube this winter and I'm wonder if it matters what monacor 1mA meter I get? This site http://www.lautsprechershop.de/index_hifi_en.htm?http://www.lautsprechershop.de/monacor/monacor_selbstbau_einbau_en.htm has 2 different one's with different internal resistance. One is 200 ohm. The other is 60m ohm. Can anyone tell me which one would be suitable? Also any good sowter input output options? Like this http://www.sowter.co.uk/specs/3575.htm. Thanks in advance for any pointers.

Sounds great! Personally I prefer expensive parts like ELMA rotarys and such. How do you feel about that?

We do the design and the pcb. You build it with  whichever  parts  you prefer.  It's your choice, that's diy.

Add your location to your profile.  Sometimes comments like your last one just lead to misunderstandings, since not everybody speaks English as mother tongue. Hi,
There aren't any pcbs available at the moment. You may have luck in finding someone who sells them in the black market.  Fitting it into a 1 HE enclosure is almost impossible.  The Rude Tube Ivory might be interesting for you. This project is somewhat different from the RT but nice as well. This will fit into a 1U enclosure. You will find pcbs in Zayance White market thread.
