U47 Style Bodies

HI All,

thought i'd document the larger U47 style bodies i'm making.

54mm diameter external Copper body - 52mm internal
150mm body length external - 130mm internal
70mm Copper Head basket
20mm Aluminium base - recessed for 7 pin socket (amphenol)
will be nickel plated and have internal struts for pcb
3mm thick 50mm dia brass capsule plate

Ive made my own pcbs on two and poctops (danys) pcbs fit in them as well no problem.
I have a lathe now so finish should be much better and have upgraded my nickel plating.
I needed a few more bodies to house some other mics ive built which looked awful so i thought it was time to try and put them in something which looked a bit better!!! M269c, U67, U47, U47FET.

Ive managed to source some 67mm copper pipe so will make a few U47 long bodies and short bodies with this diameter.
