Hello, everyone,

The body that I ordered to complete my D-251 build did not have a 7-pin XLR insert connector as expected. The ones Switchcraft offer are like $20 a piece! Is there another option for this part? The Internet has become less helpful lately.

Switchcraft ones are indeed... overpriced, let's just say. But Cliff UK make NC*MP-compatible "old-school" panel-mount connectors that you could scavenge the insert out of, fits into mics perfectly. And in case the mic body came with h a 3-pin insert, you can then use that and the leftover shell for the output, in the PSU.
