I think I still have one and a lot of the parts. Not opposed to shipping pcb and parts, but I'm in the northwestern USA so might be a bit to get it to you.

I have boards for the microphone but not the PSU plus a quite few of the parts including a NOS tube. I even have the PSU case with transformer in which the D-251 PSU fits directly. I won't be able to give you an exact parts list till the March 2nd.
